📖 Our Story

We did not start this. Wings did.

Fat & Feisty was founded sometime between a great idea and a terrible decision — which, if you think about it, describes every great culinary tradition in human history.

It started simply: someone ate a wing, someone else ate more wings, and before long a philosophy had formed. The philosophy was: more wings.

We have no Michelin stars. We have no formal training. We have no idea why Swamp Butter works as well as it does. What we do have is an unwavering commitment to the wing as a life choice — not just a food, but a statement of values.

Those values are: sauce, heat, and the courage to order The Liability Waiver in front of people you're trying to impress.

🐔 Fun Fact
The average chicken has two wings. We feel this is insufficient and have been lobbying for more since 2019. Progress has been slow.
